The hotel is ideal with helpful staff, breakfast is delicious, convenient location outside of Cartagena city centre which is about 20min drive. The a double room overlooks lake and includes a fridge and glassware.

Cheery staff, and fabulous restaurant with exceptional food. Lots of food at breakfast, including fruit, cereals, cakes and pastries. The room was very large, big bed. Lobby had a bar. Besides, the area was pedestrian, next to Rio Cartagena Casino.

We would recommend this hotel, no reason to complain - we felt very special. Incredibly comfortable, nice room and unbeatable location. Don't forget to explore Bocagrande district. Moreover, it was close to the beach and restaurants and the casino too. Appreciated an individual safe, a dining area and a writing table in the room. What made our stay wonderful was the really good staff.

Direct connection to bocagrande beach. Location not far from Citysightseeing Cartagena bus stop, only 20 minutes walk away. Da Pietro is walking distance to the hotel. Having access to the pool was great
